Lilac-pink-black striped dress from the 40s-50s, approx M

Lilac-pink-black striped dress from the late 40s or early 50s. The short-sleeved dress has a fake button opening up to the waist with pink buttons, under the buttons there is a snap fastening. The sleeves have turns. 
There is a cut seam at the waist and the hem is made of four panels. There is a metal zipper on the left side.
