All prices are mention at the product descriptions or at product page. All prices are in EUROs and Finnish VAT is added to all prices already, expect to vintage good which do not have VAT. The tax information is shown on the cart as well as on your order confirmation.
To our private customers we are offering the payment methods shown at the cart. For To business’ we also offer the possibility to pay via a bill.
Please remember to return to VintagEija’s web shop after the payment has gone through or your order won’t be registered to out system! In case you do not get your order confirmation please let us know by using our contact sheet and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Payments via Visa, Visa Electron & MasterCard
Our payment servicre provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Therefore when paying with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard- cards the Paytrail Oyj is shown at the bill as the receiver and will forward the payment to the shop keeper. Paytrail Oyj:llä has a payment institution licence.

Online bank services
Paying via online bank services is provided to you by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. To customer is works just as easily as traditional online payments.
Apart from these you can choose Finnish Mash-payment service provided by Mash Finance Oyj. It offers you a 14-day interest free bill free of any extra charges or installments via Mash-installment.
Mash terms of payment method
Mash-payments are financed by Mash Finance Oyj (Y-tunnus: 2159120-9), a Finnish business offering finances, operating since 2007.
Mash-bill or installments are offered only to 20-70 year-olds living in Finland without any payment defaults. If eligible, you can use Mash for purchases between EUR 10-3,000 wherever Mash is accepted. Installments will be charged every 30th day. For example purchase worth of 2000€ will have a APRC of 26,44% when the term of payment is 12 months. Mash Finance Oyj keeps the right to check the credit and address data of any customer paying via Mash-bill – or installments and either accept or deny the credit based on that data. A customer using Mash- bill or installments as a payment method should give their social security number and identify themselves by using web bank access code whenever ordering.
Our shipping rates vary due chosen shipping method and they are added to the total automatically. The shipping will be free of charge in Finland whenever the order total exceeds 100€.
Pikapaketti by Matkahuolto and Kotijakelu to your door will be delivered free of charge when the order total exceeds 200€ before shipping costs.
As a customer you are responsible for all charges your country might have concerning duty fees, taxes, customs et cetera.

Matkahuolto Express Parcel costs 24€ and on orders over 200€ it will be free of charge.
In the unfortunate case of any piece of your order should be sold out we will be in touch with you about the matter.
Please, take notice! The mens shirts we have for sale usually come with delivery time of 14 to 21 business days due to the fact they are all made to order pieces. If it happens we do have one in stock it will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days.
Pieces ready in stock like one offs, pomades, books and vintage pieces will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days from placing the order.
Please notice, that the customer is in charge of all the fees of returning something to the shop. Do NOT send a return parcel as Posti’s Customer Return. If you however have sent return parcel to us by using Posti Customer Return service, we will reduce your refund by 20€, because we are not Posti Customer Return service users. Thank you.
We will refund the price of the item (we do not refund shipping costs) via Paytrail, so you do not need to add your bank account number to the order return form but Paytrail will send you an inquiry, when the returned item has been received and inspected by VintagEija’s.
All our products have full 14-day-return-and-exchange policy, except made to measure clothing. If you do not wish a refund by Paytrail please mention that at the order return form and fill in your bank account number instead. Usually the refund is quicker via Paytrail. If you wish refund by bank the refund time is closer to the legal time of 14 business days.
Unclaimed deliveries are not returns and we will collect 15 euros fee for them (apporx the worth or Finnish shipping fees in both ways)
If you receive a faulty or false item we will refund the price of the item but also the shipping fees.
Items returned to the shop should be unworn and in the exact same condition as they were when we sent them to you.
-Items must be unused (you may try them on of course but not wear)
-Tags must be attached.
-There shouldn’t be any odours in the clothing, no perfume or cologne or anything.
-There must not be any stains in the clothing from deodorant or anything else.
Received a false or faulty item?
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or false item please be in contact with us by using the contast sheet here.
We would like to know whether you would like to return the item and be refunded or do you wish us to send you something similar? We prefer refunding the faulty items via Paytrail and in this case we will also refund the shipping costs to you.
Items damaged during shipment
Sometimes, despite the careful packaging, postal services and Matkahuolto do not always manage to deliver the goods to their destination unharmed. Because of this we recommend you to inspect the condition of the package and possible damages when you receive it.
In the unfortunately event when the package has been damaged during the delivery by postal service or Matkahuolto we recommend you to do a damage notice RIGHT AWAY to your nearest post office.
Please do also inform the shop, so we can arrange refunding or exchanging the products. The legal 7-day-return-policy to unopened package by Consumer Protection law applies to all our orders.
