Pretty light yellow Chic Lady blouse or jacket adorned with black and white polka dot fabric from the 1980s. The V-neck of the shirt has eye-catching collars bordered with polka dot fabric on the front panels. There are fabric-covered buttons in two rows on the front. Short kimono sleeves have decorations made of polka dot fabric on the shoulders. Waist darts in the front and back provide shape to the shirt. The shoulders have slightly flattened padding.
