Charming black peplum blouse or light jacket with ricrac trim from the 1970s. This stylish blouse features a wide, round neckline adorned with vibrant red, blue, and yellow ricrac trim. The front is fastened with black, fabric-covered plastic buttons. The long, voluminous sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and taper into cuffs that fasten with a button—also embellished with colorful ricrac trim. The blouse has bust darts and a waist seam. The gently flared peplum, decorated with ricrac trims, is attached at the waist and drapes beautifully over the hips.
