Stylish dark blue 1940s-Inspired Dolly and Dotty Dress. This elegant dress features a long tie neckline and a horizontally draped waistband sewn into the side seams. The 3/4-length sleeves are finished with pleats and edging. The waist includes two cross-cut seams beneath the draping, and there is a hidden pocket in the right side seam. A concealed zipper on the left side and a gracefully flared hem complete the look.
