Light, crocheted 20s-30s hat, approx. 55cm

Beautiful American crocheted light summer hat from the 1920s or 1930s. The hat's crown is made of lace-like mesh with sequins sewn into the corners. The brim is tightly crocheted and features small light-colored celluloid rings (two are broken) attached in an interesting manner. The crown is adorned with a crocheted flower cluster on the front right. The crown collapses, making the hat easy to pack, for example, in a suitcase.
