Cute, blue-based, frilled floral skirt from the 1970s. The fabric of the skirt appears to be from the 1950s. The upper part of the skirt is gathered into the waistband, and the hem is adorned with gathered frills. The calf-length skirt has a plastic zipper on the left side and a button on the waistband.
